It might be heresy to some, but I think I'd get a 370Z. Maybe a 2nd year, track model 370Z.

completely agree... especially if it's true that the weight will be reduced. I hope in a 3000 with 350+ hp 8000rpm engine

Yeah it never stops. With your Ohlins, you certainly set the bar high. I think I recommended those to you before, so it's cool that you picked them up.

For myself though, I don't always need the best, and would settle for the good "bang for the buck" products.

On my short list, are 3.9s, a JWT flywheel, an exhaust and the technosquare reflash. I'm up in the air about suspension.

What is the GT LSD and who makes a coppermix disc?

I just like good deals, and I got a great deal on the Ohlins. But, since i moved on from my 240sx, i decided i will put better quality on this $40k car then I did on my 240sx.

GT LSD and the coppermix are all NISMO parts.

ok, I'm really interested in a couple of things... how your wheels fits the car (do you have any rubbing issue with the +22 and +18 offset?) a pic or two from the side will be nice!
and where the hell and how much for that clutch/flywheel

It's about $1800 for that clutch/flywheel (but I don't know if it works on '07 and newer models):

Are these Nismo parts different from the Nismo R-tune parts?

From all accounts, that Nismo LSD does not work well on the street and is a more track oriented LSD.

Nismo doesn't make a flywheel fitment for the '07+ yet, but their flywheel should weigh in at 21lbs. The JWT flywheel in the meantime weighs 14lbs, is still streetable and cheaper to boot.

Do you mean are the parts cuda posted the same as the R-tune parts?

The limited slip should be the same as the R-tune, but the R-tune clutch is not the same as the Super Coppermix Twin. The R-tune clutch is available in Japan. They just have a second clutch option available to them.

I am actually on deployment right now, but when I get home in a month or so I will definately post some pics! You shouldnt have any rubbing issues unless your run an enormous tire like a 295.

BTW, I like track oriented parts!

Is the nismo Z or suspension any lower than a stock Z? What about it vs an S-tune suspension? Any differences? I'm interested in buying a used Nismo suspension off someone, but want to learn about it first.

I posted this same question in another suspension related thread. Just looking for some info w/o really wanting to start a whole new thread.
