Default New tires....

I am in need of some new rear tires for my nismo. I really dont drive the car hard and it has never been tracked..... The inside of both rear wheels is almost bald and the outside is fine. Took it in for an alignment and it is in perfect alignment. I have two questions:

1. Is there anything I can persue with Nissan to get them to cover this... I am kinda pissed because I baby the car and have never tracked it and it only has 7k miles on it. If it is not out of alignment why is the inside wearing like this?

2. Is there another size tire i can put on other than what came on it because I only have 4 choices if I use that size. I am looking for a good balance of grip and tread life.

Forget about nissan helping you.
Did you see all the trouble that previous
owners had with feathering?

The OEM Bridgestone tires wear very fast,if you check out the treadwear rating it's only 180 which is very low.You won't have any trouble running the BFG 265/30-19 size rear tires,I'm currently running Bridgestone RE01R tires 275/30-19 rears and 265/35-18 fronts.
