Isn't this Nismo a little on the low side?
Just wondering if this Nismo is a little on the low side. I know it has 6500 miles on it.

That's exactly how the Nismo Z sits. The Nissan stealership by me has had
two on there lot for months. These are the same guys that sold the first 2
GT-Rs for $40 over sticker and both left on flatbeds.

I had a verbal deal w a suby dealer in miami at $26.75k w ttt. I showed up,
he was like $29k w ttt and I told him to stick his nismo up his ***.
While this appears to be a good deal on the surface, I think the real
pp is closer to $26k factoring in the current economic shitfest.

I dunno about you guys, but seeing a car of this, caliber barely a year old, and being a very limited edition selling for less than $30K is kind of sad. The brand new one would cause you almost $40K with tax and license. When 2009 come, the price will even be cheaper and it will probably be in the same price range as an Accord or a Camry.
I'm sure that within a year or two, our Z will be like Honda Civic for high school kids and the Nismo Z will somewhat be like the Prelude. That kinda sucks 'cause I plan to keep my 350Z for as long as I can, but feel kinda sucks to be driving the same car as high school kids.

There is a difference, high school kids are so careless that their cars will look very used. My neighbor's kid has one just like mine except I have a different color, '06+tail, shorty antenna and better wheels. His car has dents on the tail and on the doors, plus front bumper is very rocky. When our cars stand next to each other, you can tell which is used and barely used. So, if we take care of our cars, our cars will outlive theirs.
So after driving a year and change, I finally saw a Nismo on the street, actually on the freeway. Definitely looks a lot better than the pictures.
NISMO's Will always be premium over other Z's, These Z's are only going to become more rare over time, so I dont think they will get dirt cheap anytime soon and the reason they are not selling at dealers is because we are in a economic HELL..............
Thats the whole point, being were in economic hell, the people with money can take advantage of this. Dealerships will almost give things away these days just to get their money back out of it. My mom went to ford the other day and got a brand new f-150 fully loaded for 16k ttt. A year ago that was a 30k truck. Granted i know its a truck and gas prices, but the same applies for cars too just not that drastic of a cut in price. Dealerships are desperate to sell anything right now.

I have a family member that wants to trade in the family Honda van and the dealership did not want to absorb the last 2-3 months of lease payments towards a new Honda. So maybe these guys are just sticking to there guns for now, but I am sure they will be crying more and more the way things are going.
