Life expectancy of our shocks?
Should our shocks last us the life of our car considering they are so stiff. Maybe its just the cold weather or something now, but it seems like everytime I hit a bump lately there is no "spring" or give in the suspension, its been sounding and feeling more like a "thud"?
Anyone else experiencing this? It doesnt sound like anything is loose, but the car just doesnt seem as springy as it did when I got it.

I don't think anything is wrong, from what I hear the S-tune is stiffer and I hear people putting over 35K miles on them with no issues.
I have 7K miles on my 08 and the car feels better then when I first got it.
The brake in on the shocks, is what your feeling.

The Nismo's like BAM! like a freakin cat.
Im guessing you dont have a Nismo considering how many miles you have on your car.... unless you drive 50K plus a year, If you do you you *** has probably become a shock.
