Probably the first time you swapped bumpers, it would take you about an hour. After you get the hang of it, You'd probably be able to do it in about 30 mins.

I have a floor jack and some jack stands... takes too much time (IMHO) couple of hours to do it right without power tools. you have to lift the front, remove the front wheels (that could be handy if you change brake pads and wheels for the track)
I scraped the paint from the front lip (a damn honda lost the fiberglass bumper on the freeway) and broke the left side skirt (somehow at the track)...

I'm not going to fix it, while I keep tracking the car.

Unless you're mechanically inclined, replacing the bumper is something you'll want to leave to a pro. You'd need to, at a minimum, jack the front of the car up and remove both wheels. This allows access to the front splash shields and the inside of the front fenders. There's a multitude of fastners to remove, both plastic clips and screws. IF you know what you're doing, it could take a few hours, if you don't, well...(insert sucky clever metaphor).

Ouch, that sucks man.
I remember you had the rear bumper replaced too right?
I just had my rear bumper replaced too.
I had the front bumper repaired due to the dealership
screwing up an oil change..., but they fixed it
at no cost to me, and nicely done too.
Alot of bad luck with these Nismo's.
