What the above mentioned said. Although I didn't have much luck using another case number. I had great luck requesting a COA though. It took a bunch of calls back and forth with information for them and emails to them but it panned out well in the end.

 

I called Nissan a few months ago to order my certificate, and seems like they can't find my nismo number since mine doesn't have the plaque they said they would call back but never have i received the call and the Nismo department never answers the phone

 

Your VIN number should be tied to a serial number, have you provided this?

Are you positive your car is a USDM Version Nismo? Japanese Nismos have no plaque but are also RHD so I'm assuming it's not one of those.

 

The plaque was taken off because there is glue residue where it should be at and I have my car linked to my name in the Nissan database with the vin. Just never a call back from nismo and its hard to get in contact with them
