Is it just me or does it seem that most of the Z's that get banged up are Red.

1 Georgia Kid in the parking lot getting sent airborne by the maxima (Red)
2 IB systems getting rear ended (Red)
3 This thread with door smashed in (Red)
4 Thread below this with Nismo doing some off roading (Red)
5 Kid (on this site, forget the name) spun out on off ramp (Red)

Good thing we get those extra airbags in the Nismo I guess

On this one it looks like the poor guy got T Boned, because the damage is all pushed in, in one section and does not look like it slid out of control, because their would be scrape marks along the side of the rear bumper as well.

 

Drivers side door is pretty trashed.

Yeah that is a mess! Both side air bags deployed. Defin frame damage! I guess the Reds will really be limited edition Nismo's at this rate!

 

dang, more and more nismo's keep biting the dust, and it is odd that most of them are red

well, it looks like from the pictures you got the name and address of the tow company.........call them up and find out which junk yard that Nismo went to and have at it!

Yep. Also a dealer car here that came to our car show last year ended up like this and totaled.

Or the deer nailed it and spun off it all the way down the side. The red Z's are cursed I tell ya.

 

A van with a lady trying to get her kids calmed down were all jumping around and came into their lane from the driver side, and hit them, which caused the Z to go into a f250 truck on the right with a cattle guard on the front which slammed into the passenger side of the Z.

 

^wow that stinks. You would think the Nismo's would be the least likely to get hit because they stand out so much, and think it would catch peoples eye more than a grey camry or something.

Red Nismo's are cursed worse than the Chicago Cub's lol

 

That seems to be the problem. Every close call I have had with my Redline was due to some youngens gawking. I had a green arrow making a left turn. Some young teens were to busy speeding up to see the car and get a closer look at it that they ran the light and nearly hit my passenger quarter panel. I had to step on it to avoid being hit!!!

Another time was on the interstate.... Just drive alert. I find it very wise to stay alert when driving a car that takes notice! I don't experience these issues when i am out with the Frontier. lol

I hope to be one of the Redline's to avoid this so called curse....

 

Actually your right. I find people on my *** quite a bit, especailly Colbalt SS's and Civics and they forget to pay attention to the road. One time a Civic was trying to race me or something and I don't think he realized the road merged into one lane.

So as he was looking at me hit right tire hit grass and he went spinning out into the grass.

I've definitly been guilty of doing that, especailly when I see an Aston or Lambo, but after a quick glance and determining if its a DB9 or Vanquish, I just kind of thing to myself, thats sweet and drive off.

If im in the passanger seat however I oogle the **** out of it!

 

Of course the red Nismo owners whine about it a lot less.
