Sorry if there is already a thread on this subject previously posted elsewhere,I am currently not in front of a computer where I can do a search. Does a 2008 Nismo series come with a short throw shifted or is it the same shifter used in the standard manual shift 350Z? If not, what has everyone found to work best for a replacement? Again, sorry if this has already been posted elsewhere already but the search function will not work with my phone.

yes.. i believe the nismos have a short shifter...

The NISMO does come with a short throw shifter but I have found that alot of people like the B&M short throw shifter for the Z if you do not like the one in the NISMO

ALL years 350z's with a manual tranny has a "short throw" shifter.

And I have actually read nothing positive about the B&M shifter in the Z. Although, I had one in my eclipse and loved it.

I put a Stillen Short Throw Shifter in my Nismo; I didn't really notice much difference.
