Very common problem. I had my tranny replaced because of this recall. Do some searching and the knowledge will be bestowed on to you.

This should help

APPLIED VEHICLE:
2007 350Z (Z33) with 6 speed manual transmission.

APPLIED VINs:
JN1BZ34**7M 500002 to 552786
JN1BZ36A*7M 650021 to 654836

Use Service COMM to confirm campaign eligibility

INTRODUCTION

Nissan has determined that on some 2007 350Z vehicles equipped with the 6-speed manual transmission, the clutch slave cylinder assembly may not have been manufactured properly. This could result in the operating force of the clutch pedal becoming light, and in some cases, could result in improper clutch operation. Nissan is conducting a Voluntary Service Campaign to replace the clutch slave cylinder assembly with a new improved part free of charge for parts or labor.

IDENTIFICATION NUMBER

Nissan has assigned identification number P7252 to this campaign. This number must appear on all communications and documentation of any nature dealing with this campaign.

You're doing to much I think...I'm feeling if you beat up a dealer about a car sooner or later an experienced buyer is going to come in with money in hand, and cash in on your work...

Your winning no matter what...your looking for blood by pushin it IMHO...
