PS- Good thing we didn't give out event stickers, only t-shirts. Guess I'm glad I didn't post a pic of my 240Z either...it's got some stickers too.

Randy!

You guys put on an awesome show! The most well constructed event I have ever been too!

I forgot to pay my dues when I was up there friday night. Got sidetracked by John's supra. hahaha!

Again, awesome turnout!

Comments like that are what makes it worthwhile. Alot of people put alot of time and effort into it.

To me, it's just as much about the people as it is the cars. Great to see the family there. Hope the enjoyed it as much as mine did!

And Jolene was an absolute pleasure. She was very gracious and made the day even better. She volunteered her time because of the tie-in to charity, namely The Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee. We raised $700!

Thanks again to all who attended.

Randy

Randy,

For the record, Jolene is single right? She had no ring on when we were chatting. (she actually remembered me when I sold cars at Nashville Dodge like 5 years ago!)

As for the show, yeah, my dad and mom absolutely loved it! They were really happy to see Cory's dad is still doing well and all given his recent health history. $700 will buy alot of food for the food bank! Amazing results to say the least!

For the record, Jolene is married and building a new home in the country with her husband near Glasgow, KY, where she grew up.

Yeah, last time I saw her at Nashville Dodge years ago, she came up from Florida (relating to the Dr. Comment above) with some body builder/bouncer boyfriend that evidently owned the company that managed a huge number of dealerships in this area.
She mentioned *she* was building a house in Nashville area though?

Either way, ultra nice lady. Definantly a southern belle that spiced up the awards ceremony! Haha!

My brother is going to be dropping off his Nismo at Doug's shop sometime these next few weeks. He has a "few" parts he is going to have installed.

My dad was a little sad that the guy that bought his/my old roadster did not show. He was going to offer to buy it back. LOL

I see it at least once a week out here in the Bellevue area. The other day it was at the driving range near my house.

Very nice cars even with the rotas.

On another note, a long time member(ed718)called me a noob and douche bag just because i made a small comment on another thread. Well it looks like even the veterans are doing the same thing here in this thread which the op wanted to just show us pics of the events and his car. Have respect. Some guys say "thats why I left this forum because of these people", you guys just do it to yourself

Do it to ourselves?

I (and I'm sure others too) would be happy if the kids left. It's not like they bring the site money. They spend all their money on the car payment, insurance and gas. Only leaving room for cheap, tacky mods. ie Rota's with Volk stickers.

Seems like way too many people bought their Nismo for the wrong purpose...

Well, its going to be hard to try and control this problem. I dont think anyone can stop it from happening, its going to happen regardless. But I do agree with you tho.

Hraesvelg,

Where do you get the idea that I spend all my money on insurance and car payments? What makes you the staple of young-and-financially secure?

Its annoying to keep reading the same BS from you time after time.

no one cares, don't bother trying to defend yourself. it will just make it worse. learn from your mistake and don't bother arguing, you always lose.
