Thanks for all the feedback guys.. I didn't have any wheel locks on my car. I didn't think I would need them. My neighborhood is full of old folks and it's really quite and safe. I guess I was wrong. My dad owns 5 houses on the block with various family members in them and no one heard anything at all. Cops didn't even finger print everything. He just finger printed the front fender and said "Looks like they were using gloves, no use in finger printing the rest of the car"... My car WAS sitting on crates but the weight of my car broke the crates so now my car is just sitting on the concrete. Both side skirts are now cracked. I wanted to jack my car up and put it on jack stands at least but my insurance said not to touch the car till they come take pictures of it so she's just gonna sleep on the concrete for now. My insurance also told me to get a quote from Nissan on how much the wheels are and they quoted me $780 per wheel/Front, $1098 per wheel/Rear and the side skirts are around $420 a piece unpainted.. I'm definitely investing in a new alarm and wheel locks. As for the Ford with the Nismo wheels, I thought that was really funny and coincidental. I'm just gonna ride my bicycle around for now. **** Thieves!!! >:/

No offense, but why didn't you park in the garage?

Hmmmm I'll check out those wheel locks. I usually do park my car in the garage but the city is paving my street so the side walks are off limits or your car will be towed. Some BS.. and my bro and roomate had their cars in the drive way when I got home that night so I parked it in my neighbors driveway not thinking anything of it.

^^true.

Saw a thread awhile ago where they talked about this. The people just took a chisel and a hammer and tires were gone. I am guessing you would have to freeze them to make little noise. Either way, they will find a way to get what they want.

Well you are from stockton. Either your car gets broken into, rims jacked, car stolen, or vehicle just damaged. My house got broken into twice when I lived there a long time ago. Hopefully your insurance takes care of everything.

On another note I think you drove by me once in stockton. I was turning left off March Lane to the mall. I was in a black nismo also. You honked. Unless theres another one in that area.

I look at it this way... Yeah, thieves can find a way around pretty much anything, but make them work as hard as possible for it!

Amateurs will move to something else or give up, if they aren't experienced enough. And the majority of petty thieves are amateurs.

I've caught a thief in the act before, trying hard to molest my baby(car).

Your best bet to prevent theft like this is with an good aftermarket alarm with a backup power source and siren, and a set of wheel locks.

Stock wheels must be easy money because they are getting jacked every 3rd day.

Oh ok I remember. I was getting out of school right there on March. I'm a LVN student at Kaplan College. I try to say what's up to other Z owners but I usually get ignored. I'm kinda hard to miss cause I have distinct dreadlocks.
