Default Motordyne On A Nismo

So I got the Motordyne Gamma exhaust from Tony. What a great product!! It has such a low tone, with no rasp at all. And yes, it's loud as hell lol It took a total of about an hour and a half to remove the old exhaust and install this new piece of heaven into the car. I am very pleased and the customer service was great with Tony. I'm the type of guy that has to know every product in depth before i buy something. All the questions that i had for Tony were answered instantly.

Anyways, i hope you guys enjoy the pics. And guys/gals, give me your brutal honest opinion about what you think.

pre dyno was 251 with no other changes? Was that with the stock exhaust? What year Z? You'll have to take the post-dyno with a grain of salt - different day, different conditions, etc., but at least you have something to compare it to.

The Nismo was only made from 07-08 so he has the HR motor. 251 is about right for his car.

shockwave = single from the y-pipe back
gamma = dual from y-pipe back

Looks great! Can't wait until Tony starts making stuff for the 370z.

Very nice, indeed, but why not go ahead and put on test pipes while you're at it?

Almost. The Shockwave and Gamma are different in the fact that the Gamma comes with the canister mufflers towards the rear tips while the Shockwave has no mufflers at the ends, only the bigger square muffler like shown above. The Shockwave is available in single or dual tip, just like the gamma. TDX is the only true dual offered by MD currently.

Basically, Shockwave is louder than the Gamma.

As far as I know, he is currently fabricating the TDX for public sale. Only one member on here has the TDX exhaust on a turbo G35.
