Couple questions what would you do?

I personally would go for the Nismo with 1K on the odometer.
Haggle with the dealer! They want to move the car! The scuffs on the bottom lip depending on how bad it is...? Is easily repairable. I can't really tell in the pics. Not a good close up shot. If you reach your hand down there you will feel bolts that mount it on.. You can actually just replace the bottom piece and not the entire bumper! I would haggle and ask the dealer to do that N/C for you!
Good Luck

I'd go with "A"
I got almost the same deal on my Nismo. $29,900 with 300 miles and a 6 year warranty. It even had a little damage. Sadly, I didn't see the dime sized ding behind the passenger door handle until a week later stupid dealer manager was using it to commute in.
I like my PPW and all but I love the Red, I wish I had found one in my area.
Also, from my experience with getting other peoples "upgraded audio" it always has to be re-done. Especially so if you're **** about your car.

When I purchased mine new two months ago, 2008 model of course, it only had 100 miles on it and someone had scraped the front bumper just like it shows in your pictures. I had them deduct $200 off the price and I got under the car and VERY carefully with a razorblade, was able to smooth out the scrapes to where I can't even see it anymore and I have been a detailer for years.
I would go with option A because alot of people who purchase this car beat the hell out of it and you dont want to be paying top dollar for a car that someone has beaten the **** out of for 12k miles and got tired of it.
Good luck man and try to beat the dealership down on the price, I paid barely over 30k for mine new in August. Otherwise, be patient and keep an eye on it. Took me over 6 months of battling with multiple dealerships in a 6 state range to purchase mine, but I got mu first color choice for a decent price and a lifetime powertrain warranty

The front lip and the front bumper are a single piece on the OEM Nismo Bumper. It would be a simet repair to just have them refinish the lower lip section of the front bumper. I would have them write a clear bra for the entire frontend into the deal as well. You will be happy you did later. I have the exact same car and can say from experience, you need a clear bra.

Get the one with lower mileage. That bumper is perfectly fine. Chances are you will end up rubbing it on something anyways, its just something you're going to have to deal with owning such a low car.
The dent would bug the hell out of me, but as long as it was taken care of before I bought it I would not have a problem.
If you really want a mint condition car then you have to buy new, and even then, the cars have little things off about them. At the end of the day its a car and its ment to be driven. Even if you buy a car in perfect condition, an acorn or tree branch could fall off a tree and nick the car.
