Default 0-60 run recorded by my accessport

I was excited to see this and there was room for improvement in the launch!!
I may try to run a couple more times this weekend.

Any others with the accessport have 0-60 times to post.
I ran 4.6 seconds thats one tenth off from the 2010 shelby gt500 with 540hp

Picture attached for proof...

thats almost a full second off the "stock" 0-60 posted by virtually every magazine that tested the car (5.4 seconds)... think your numbers may be off, either that or you have a factory freak car, has it been on a dyno yet?

LOL Have you noticed his car isn't stock anymore? With all those mods this time looks much more possible.

exhaust, hfc's and a tune doesn't really make a car much faster. I don't trust the numbers.

Seems possible given the right conditions. In either case, if I saw those numbers off of my car, I'd be happy. Although, I would try and compare those numbers (the 60' in the pic) with the ones off the time slips. I hear those things are very close to the actual.

idk if im missreading ur post but are u saying that ones 0-60 time is usually close to the same persons 60' time at the drag strip?

I meant, he should compare his 60' time on his accessport with his 60' time at the drag strip. For the 0-60 sec times, I would suggest he have someone physically time him in the passenger seat, then compare.

On an HR, exhaust and especially HFC's with a tune adds a good amount of HP.

Nice #'s. OP's car should be around 280-289 WHP just guessing. 4.6 seconds maybe possible. Does seem alittle quick. Let me borrow that thing

I do like the Accessport - now, at first i did not, when i first purchased it there were limited options for tuning basically 3 maps. I did notice a considerable difference in power though so i did not sell it (it was especially convenient being able to constantly turn engine light off bc. the hfc's throw codes like brett favre throws footballs lol). I really wanted something I could toy with myself.... now cobb has a program to tune yourself and I love that.

As far as accuracy is concerned I think the 0-60 time is very close. Think 370z.... 0-60 4.6 1/4 mile 13.4 - 13.5
I run 13.3-13.4 consistently at a very shitty track if i drove across town to the better track in my area i think 12.9 - 13.1 would be very easy. My trap speed usually averages 106mph which is really the norm for a very high 12 or 13 flat.
You should also keep in mind my rear tire is wider 285 and that helps launching as well. I honestly think I could shave another .1 or .2 off my 0-60.

Nice times. I think 12.9 in a 1/4 is a little optimistic. Why didn't you go with test pipes?

Sorry I thought this was a car forum....
I guess it must be inappropriate to discuss 0-60 times here. I apologize for offending you Mr. King. How about this lets keep comments like yours to ourselves.

Jersey, I went with HFC's because I thought they would be less likely to throw trouble codes and the advertised performance difference was not significant in hindsight I wish I would have gone with the test pipes.
