Question question about O2 sensor..

Well, I finally took out my car from winter storage about 2 weeks ago and I noticed that some kind of rodent ate through my O2 sensor wire.
My question is, should I not be driving my car around?
Maybe things I should avoid, like hard acceleration?
I'm going to eventually replace it, just haven't found the time yet.
Any advice is good. Thanks.

Sam

^^^
- Before the cat = bad news
- On the cat = just a SES light

Well, I haven't had a chance to lift my car up... getting it replaced by next week..

My SES light is on and from what I can see I think it is the wire after the cat?
The wire that was eaten is around the middle of the car??

Besides that, how bad would it be to be driving around without an O2 sensor before the cats? Maybe about 2 weeks? Thanks.
