Looks like you have.. test pipes.. y-pipe.. and a tune? 285 on a Dynojet sounds about right to me! Get some intakes and I bet you'll have at least 295.. 8)

Also I'll like to add some information

Not more excuses but rather a little understanding to how weather can truely affect your numbers/power. Please read and play around with the temp inputs! Using the changes in Relative Horsepower you'll see that small weather can swing your numbers by 2-5% difference (5-11hp). I know I have just went along with the general knowledge of cooler day being better but it's nice to see why. If I have made a math error please correct me.
