Awesome...test fit with pics. I'm sure pics will give us an idea of tires required!

Yup yup, i'll have test pic's up in a few hours, gotta do some homework for my NCOES school before i do anything else today. Yes i am in the service, i hold the rank of SGT down here in the pacific division. I've been waiting for SOMETHING of my MANY parts to come in, at least i was FINALLY able to update something in my thread. My patience has been wearing thin but the wheels made my day. Now saving for tires to get the sizes i want for these wheels. No stretch here fellas, so hopefully everything works out!

So i was in for a small shock today and my dream of running aggressive tires will probably be kept with my stock NISMO rims and i'll have to run AS LEAST OF a stretch with these rims as possible. So by saying that, anyone have suggestions on a tire setup that I can run with as LEAST stretch as possible but keeps the VDC happy and doesn't seem like i'm running monster truck tires?

The pictures include a +15mm spacer in front to clear the brembo's and +20mm in back to keep my geometry in check so I don't understeer on corners since I like to turn left and right. So yes....i've done research but I am just not as knowledgable on this as everyone else. So ANY help and suggestions would be appreciated.

@superblack350z, anyway i can run a little more tire than that?

Ah, also, can't wait to see how this WHOLE setup looks with my 275mm voltex wing, gloss black roof, MCR canards, seibon CB ts style hood, and instyle custom graphic layout design!

How soft of a tire do yo wanna run? Is this for show? Daily driver? Mountain runs? Also confused as to why you don't wanna run a stretched tire.

It doesn't have to be super stretched. If you go through my album I run a slight stretch but not super aggressive! It looks great. I like the Toyo TR1's for looks more then performance. I would like to get another set of Volks and run R888's for track. I've always preferred a bad *** V-tread design over say a RE050A, RE-11, RE070 etc etc

I don't mind stretch, everytime i think of stretch, i think of lip poke, anorexic tire type stretch. But i'm probably going to run a mild stretch to keep the flow of the fenders. Just dunno what size to run.

If someone can give me tire sizes to closely match the pictures below. That's the kind of "stretch" i'm going for, and the silver one was added as an extra so i can price out both setups. I know both pictures have different wheel sizes than me. Thats why i'm asking to see if anyone can name some for my setup. Thanks guys! Once i get the sizes to match the bottom "looks", i should be able to buy tires and mount with pic's!

These pictures were what i found from the aggressive wheels and stretched tires thread.

I'll look over your wheel specs. Your going for a similar setup to me. Unfortunately Toyo no longer makes the TR1's in my size. Last I checked in May there were 12 left and I bought up four. I am running 275/35/19's on 10.5" wheels in the rear. That size was discontinued. I'm not sure why! Many members run them.

Wont you have to run a ton of negative camber to make a -5 offset wheel fit with tires that aren't super stretched??

^^^^ Most likely will have to roll the fenders! Or indeed run alot of negative camber! Better off with a +5 to +12 offset.

Oh yeah I'm sure rolling the fenders is required, if not a pull as well.

If it were me I'd run 285/35 in the rear and 255/35 up front...would have a slight stretch, and you'd still have plenty of grip!

Actually, to help you, I have a 11 inch wheel in the rear with 285's, heres a pic of the stretch...

<a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/brandonhatfield/5753551193/" title="Nismo Rear by Brandon Hatfield, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5184/5753551193_0f37cbbb54_z.jpg" width="640" height="391" alt="Nismo Rear"></a>

OR if thats too much tire, go with 275s or maybe even 265...but I personally would just adjust the camber to where I want it, lower the car down on the wheel, then try and estimate the tire size needed to clear the fenders...(if that makes sense lol)
