Not you, the pic thing was funny. I was expecting to see z pics as well. Just not sure why Flo-rida and NZMOWND are jumping all over this guy. He's not being a dick, just speaking about his experiences. If you don't care about his Camaro, don't post!

The Camaro is gorgeous but he insists on believing his Z can maybe be similar to his Baby SS, His Z was modded by someone... case and point.

I don't know, I didn't really get that from his posts. Seems like you guys were being a little harsh.

Someone other than you and Nissan installed those parts on your not so bone stock 2006 daytona blue Z.
Ever heard the term." Money talks ******** walks ?" Well you think the era of going to a dealership and getting a car of your choosing is old school ? How bout someone that pick up a new 2011 Sports car ( Chevy ) that in the standard trim on a MT included cruise controlling ??? Well if you can pay for it you can add/delete options if A you have the cash B who you know. So don't harp on me that I'm living in a past era ! All I was looking for was info on Nismo and many found it an opportunity to flame. I think those throwing flames must need to get laid or sumthin, so in the mean time they get on line and jerk their frustrations out on people. Save $20 and go get a street walker, she'll blow for a $20 !!!!

Welcome and props to your Z! IMHO, its great as it is. The push button was a surprise because 350's only have the key to start and no push button. As long as it doesn't end up like this Z LOL: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ibG7N-CGa3U

The official Nismo Z's were the 07/08's that came with a plaque by the shifter indicating the build #. There were other Nismo's that were out earlier, but they only had a nismo package that was added on. Too bad we couldn't get the 380rs to America.

Her whole "money talks" statement rings true, but I'm not saying it's applicable to this situation. I, for a fact, know of a used high end exotic car dealer that has located cars just like that. I've seen them find VWs with engine options not offered in normal production. There are certainly ways to get what you want.

This car is certainly unique. If she can verify the records somehow, all you Nismo owners do not have a car as collectible as hers.

Chill out and enjoy your car and don't get so butt hurt over people with Nismo components. She said she knows she doesn't have a Nismo. At the end of the day, Nismo owners have the papers to say you have an official Nismo. Great.

I wasn't trying to say that her z is a "true" Nismo z, I was just trying to say that the only difference is that our 07's and 08 z's were truly Nismo z's while the other ones had Nismo packages installed. I wanted to clear that up because I'm a Nismo owner my self.

But what i am saying is that you shouldn't call it a Nismo Z if somebody says "hey what kind of car is that"

IF (a BIG if) there are records, albeit unlikely, that show that this car was assembled and shipped as is, it will be a one-off. There are few thousand Nismos. Do the math. If you can't do the math, at least read my entire statement.

Hey bro, sorry about that misinterpretation. Technically, it is her car, so she can call it whatever she wants. I think the whole point of her thread was to differentiate between what is a Z with a nismo package and a true "Nismo" Z. Really though, it's her car. We just want to clear things up for her!

Let me clear this up.

1.) OP, your z is not a "Nismo" z.
2.) Do not call your z a "Nismo" z, please.
3.) Your exhaust is stock, the push button is not stock (Probably from another nissan car though), and the dampeners are not stock, however they are a "nismo" part, which someone has put on your car previously.
