So I just hit 40k on my 2008 Nismo. Purchased new in July of 2008.

Commute ~50 miles per day, even have a set of snow tires/rims for it. Take it to the track a few times a year. Auto-x with it. Go camping with it.

So I see threads with Nismos with only 7-8k miles on them. Why so few miles? These are Nissans and will never hold their value. So why not drive them more?

 

I have owned my Nismo since 2nd week in Nov of '07 purchased new. So I didn't get much use out of it before winter storage that year.

I have a company truck that I use for commuting to work. In the summer when I should be driving the Nismo, I am often using my Frontier to pull trailers to the lakes. So the car see's around 3-4 kmi a year. Spending most of it's life in the garage.

That's my excuse. lol

Bought my 08 new and have about 52k on it. It's my DD! I love driving my NISMO, just sucks in the snow. How does it hold up with snow tires?

 

I does great with the Blizzacks on packed snow and ice. I prefer it over my xterra in those conditions. Loose snow greater than about 3 inches, and I park the Z.

 

got about 13500 miles on my 2008 which I bought on 10/12/08 brand new. It is not my daily driver and spends the winter in the garage. I drive it to work about twice a week if the weather is nice.

 

Bought in 07 and just hit 70,000 miles!

 

bought in '08 and currently sitting at approx. 14k. I'm military and i had to buy a second car with room for gear and soldiers since being in the army and also an NCO makes things a bit difficult with a low sports car, no trunk, and one extra seat. plus hawaii red dirt is HORRIBLE on interiors of cars.

 

07 with 27k now. sleeps in the garage all winter

 

I just got my '08 Nismo about 2 months ago and it came with 45.5k and I now have almost 48k It's my DD and goes on a 360 mile drive every other weekend so it gets it's use and I have loved every mile

 

wow.. i got the lowest... bought it brand new in 09 and have 9k miles and its my DD... lol its nice to live 2 blocks away from work

Bought my '07 in January with 15,700 miles and after a 300 mile trip home, I still only have 16,350! It spends most of it's time getting Zaino'd and short trips around town!

 

Bought mine October 30, 2007 and have 9,100 miles. It's my fun car and an Exploder is the daily driver.

 

I bought my 08 brand new July 1, 2009, still on the showroom floor. Now just hit 15,000 miles.

 

bought my 08 on NYE of last year with 22k and its now got 28k

 

Bought mine summer of '08 with 1,200 miles on it, up to 11,750 now. Only comes out on the weekends, and parked in the winter.

 

I dont have the lowest mile but one of the latest to buy it new.#1528 bought in Oct-09, 13.5k miles dd. Anybody buy it new later than that?

 

Bought mine on December of 2010 with 650 miles. Mileage now is 3750 something. Not sure at the moment.

 

Bought my '07 in July of '08 with 33 miles on it. Currently has 6,588. I travel a lot for work and it sits all winter.
