Default Replacing Side Skirts / Lip

I just got home today and had noticed that the crack in my passenger side skirt has seemed to have gotten larger. I am planning on giving Nissan a call tomorrow to see if it would be covered under my bumper to bumper warranty (i'm pretty sure it'll be a no). Has anyone else ever had issues with the lip and side skirts? I am pretty sure that this cracking resulted from some dumb tech at Nissan lifting the car incorrectly unfortunately. Have any of you ever replaced and of the skirt pieces on the Nismo?

Your talking about the back part of the skirt right? My is cracked too at its mounting point. The paint is clean and does not look like it was hit. I am guessing the same, at nissan they lifted it with out paying close attenchion ( they keep reminding me on how much of a pain in the *** it is to raise cause its so low... Its factory height idiots)

No, my crack is literally underneath the middle of the passenger door panel. I have no idea who or what caused it but all I know is that Specialty Z says that it looks like it was caused by being lifted incorrectly and Nissan is the only place that has lifted it...

Two separate dealers up here in Canada cracked my side sill, both denied it, I hate dealing with dealers, so currently on my 3rd sill on the passenger side... And yes, it is from the hoist, my current dealer uses a special one designed for the GTR I am assuming...
