its a PPW #1483. the damage is front bumper, rear bumper and left front wheels. beacuse of the side air bag is came out. SO the seats also needs to be replace Bodyshop said the 2 seats cost about 6000 a pair..im like WTF seriously..
thats not bad at all! Find out if there is anything with the chassis other than that is it totally fixable. if it doesnt turn over it could be a fail safe with the airbag going off. (Happend with my friends Ford Ranger) I noticed you live in LA. Im in riverside and i know a friend that does work on cars for cheap (he did the work on his Silvia S14 with and RB) PM me if you need. I know this because I drift my car and it like to play chicken with the hoosiers sometimes. lol. Trip to pick a part for sure. I know a guy thats a mobile mechanic that can hook me up with parts for discount also.
How much can you buy it back from insurance? and how much will they give you for it?
PS: insurance companies normally just wanna total your car because it makes their job easier (what i've heard) and they price everything high. you can get seats under 2K
Dammit!
Exactly what I wanted.
Even though i'm broke.
Haha, im currently working on swapping my roadster for a hard top so i can go with the nismo look. Im kinda broke but thats why im working at a christmas tree farm thats how desperate i am to make money. lol. Some people tip well even in a 30 pack of beer
if u part i want right rear wheel and front right fender it its not fawked!! or if anybody else has these things i need em!! sorry to hear about the nismo tho for real
Buy back - usually $1-2k off your settlement. It will be a salvage, but you can fix it, part it, or make it a track car that someone would likely buy. I have bought back a few of the cars I've totaled.
wow sorry to hear. best of luck. 6K for nismo seats? haha so wrong. might as well get some recaros or brides.
Or Status Racing. Or OMP. Or Sparco. Or any seat for $6k lol
If you can do a lot of the work yourself, go for it. Better have a reliable car to drive around while you're fixing the Nismo, though.

I've seen this on a few cars.
Sometimes a salvage car can be a nightmare. look at the cost of the repairs vs the cost of a replacement. do the buy back for the parts and buy a new car to put some of the parts on to it. you could buy a base and swap parts over. brakes, suspension, wing, side skrits, etc.
It's incredibly easy to get a slavage title car insured, you just gotta do some research.
