Default Nismo number plate service bulletin

I brought my Nismo in to get my Nismo number plate replaced after the dealer scratched the hell out of it. They took it out and having a new one made. The Service Manager said that there was a service bulletin on it about how easily it scratches. You may want to check with your local stealership to see if you can get yours replaced too.

isnt it like $100-200 to replace. Somebody here said there is a way to get it replaced for free. I always get mad when my wife throws her jagged metal purse in my console...uuugghhhh!

I'm not sure. Mine is getting replaced for free because the local stealership scratched the f out of it. It is a service bulletin so Nissan is aware of problem. I'd call your local dealership o find out.

I don't think they'll replace it for free just because we scratch it.. It costs close to $200 to get that crap replaced! If mine get's that bad, I'll look into.

I highly doubt they'll replace it for free unless they caused the damage.
