On your question, answered via a question:
Why?
20" wheels, while baller n' shid, aren't the hot ticket for Z cars. They're heavy and the rotational inertia can really screw up the handling versus improving it. UNLESS you are planning to buy forged, lightweight 20s (under, say, 22# each), I'd advise you stay away.
To answer your question, there's no way to tell WITHOUT offset spec.
The physical sizes you mention should fit on the rear of the car and might fit the front too (GIVEN CORRECT OFFSETS); but read my other posts on running oversized square setups here:

Ultimately the choice is yours but honestly, 20s just aren't "the thing" on Zs.
My advice, go with 18s, maybe 19s (but only if you can get lightweight forged 19s, else stick with 18s). I love all of my 20# 19s (have several sets) but honestly, the best handling set up I've run on my car were superlight RPF1s with a Max Perf tire.
