Wiring a Zex bottle opener

Hey, I am looking for wiring instructions for the bottle opener & switch they sell.
There are 6 terminals on the back of the switch, each are lettered(a,b,c,d,e,l).
Only 2 wires come off of the bottle opener
someone,
anybody, please help

no instructions with the kit? I'll check my boxes when I get home from my biz trip and see what's in there.
