some people put the jets in the wrong way......but from what he's said already....he's let it spray out of the nozzle to where he can see it.

Hey guys thanks for all the suggestions, I have not got it working yet. I've been out of town this last week, but plan on working on it this weekend. My jet sizes are 41 Fuel and 24 Nitrous. They are NX jets. Like I said, not only can I get what appears to be a good purge, I also get a good spray out of the nozzel. The spray from the purge is a much higher volume/pressure than the nozzel spray, I believe this is correct?

I have not got the bottle refilled from somewhere else because my friend says he can smell a faint smell of sulfur. I also called the shop, which is reputable, and they said they have not had any complaints on there nitrous.

By the way the bottle pressure is around 950-1000 psi.

Could you please explain to me which direction the jets should be facing. Example, the pointed end facing the nozzel or the pointed end facing the line from the solenoids. It only looks like it can go one way, but if I have them backwards I'd like to know.

24 Fuel and 41 Nitrous, you just have the jets mixed up

like Old School said "some people put the jets in the wrong way"

Jesus Christ! I can't believe I screwed up on something so simple. I was always under the impression you needed to run rich on nitrous i.e. larger fuel jets than nitrous jets. I was running super rich which caused power loss. I now really do have a better understanding of my system. I do appreciate all the people who help me, especially jksstar and Old School. Thanks Guys!

I will post tomorrow with pics and details on the new system.

Hey guys my camera crapped out on me, but the nitrous system is now fully functional. This is the first nitrous system I’ve ever installed and I’m very impressed. It’s amazing what a little chemical reaction can do for your acceleration. One question I do have is the first time I ran the nitrous system it smelled like a big fart, (Sulfur). After the first run I never smelled that smell on any of the other runs. Is that normal or did my friend that was with me, fart and refuse to admit, doing it?

good thing the fuel jets are always smaller OR you would have blown your motor the first time you hit it....

It wouldve been pretty fast for a moment or two though. Glad you got that worked out.

How do you like the dynotune rpm/tps switch thing? Did you find it hard to install at all? Have you tried the first gear lock-out yet?

I have the same TPS/window switch.. Gear lock out is great for the street. Without it, if I were to spray in 1st....my Rs instantly go to redline and my tires are all over the place. Good device if you have traction issues.
