my buddy is parting out with his mustang bullitt, and he took out his nitrous system, its a dry, NOS system with purge, and a BDT he said hell give it up for 200 bucks, but what an i going to need to make it work for my car? just the solinoids? and what can i run safe on the stock Z motor, i believe ive read 100 shot is safe, but i wanted to have some opinions, mods are intake plenum and exhaust

 

Hey look at that. I wasted $200 on about the same thing you are about to. And for whatever reason I was all excited about it. $200 is not a lot of money, and Im sure thats why I did it, but that kit is no where near what you want it to be for the Z. You should just not spend that, and buy an NX kit. Its what you want, and what you need to have a good nitrous Z. They can be had for about $450 new, or $300-$400 or so used, depending on the extra's. Dont do it, in the end you would be better off just buying a full NX kit.
I will explain more if necessary, but really, thats all I should have to be said.

 

Yeah running a dry kit on Z takes some serious mods.

You should avoid that.
