2 degree colder ngk's(the unofficial plug of nitrous applications):

NGK-BKR7E's
summit part # - NGK-6097

put those in there and see what happens.

To Big Show

Summit says those plug numbers are for a 2.5, NGK is only coming out with one plug NGK-4045 so far (one degree colder not two) and it is not even in Summit's system yet.

It is 2-3 weeks special order. I explained my entire process to their tech department and he said the triple electrode on the ZEX PLug would not have ANYTHING to do with loss of power and that them being slightly shorter may cause them to not possibly "optimum, but would NEVER melt in to your head."

Direct quote from Summit.

So we are back to Pulley's I Dyno Thuursday with stock pulley's (2 days from now) and go from there.

Huh? You have totally lost me and my car is not a Honda but uhmm yeah if you post numbers double check them first, I just spent 10 minutes on the phone to find out these plugs are not even close to my cars application. Thanks for trying though the knowledge he gave me leaned me even further towards pulley's as the culprit and Summit's Techs are good!

EDIT ADD

My stock pulley's/belts are being put back on by a Pro shop as we speak! Arghhh, more wasted money!

Don't spray on the pulley man, let my loss be your gain

If you spary send the pulley's back and invest it in a new Intake Manifold!

That's my plan except I sperated the set so my sell is private to a motor only guy other wise they would go straight back to UR!!!

Default Quick Update

Dyno run #8 on this car (all charts are being saved for a summary post)

Step 9 I bellieve now?

Stock pulley's back on, same setup as 2nd Dyno which was intake and Exhaust.

Same results on Dyno Jet at Marco's.

Motor run at 80 degrees outside shows small loss on N/A (from removal of UR pulley's)

Spray N20 3 runs all same results, bottle between 950-1000 on all 3 runs.

220 HP, 360 or so TQ 4k rpm signal loss to ECU and it falls on it's face at EXACTLY 220 HP every time. UR pulley's or stock pulley's.
Bottome line is UR Pulley's and ZEX Combo works!

BUT.... Now here is where tomorow's Dyno comes in.

The ZEX plugs are the only thing left from Dyno 2 to Dyno 8.
3 different sources say that it's the triple electrode causing the ECU to think detontation like a misfire (that bad.)

One person also said the ECU is soooo sensitive that even taking out the platinum effects the Dyno (ZEX plugs are not Platinum.

So tomorow a summary with Dyno charts with new NGK Platinum plugs 1 degree colder, already in my hand all 6 of them, but have to go to work.

Till tomorow rest assured that ZEX and UR work together and just good luck finding plugs, but the COMBO works!

Dyno charts tomorow for now here is a pic that should show part number and both plugs!

Good Luck,

Till then Peas!

Party number doesn't show will post it tomorow bought them from Nissan Dealer too! NGK Platinum one degree colder.

Issue number two, this car runs so fat on the fuel side it went off their charts (unmeasurable on Dyno!)

MAX are you running any kind of fule management unit? I don't remember reading anywhere that you had one. I just recently put in my pulleys... which I like very much and I am picking up the S-AFC II (US Version) sometime soon. The main reason for the S-AFC II is obvious but another side not is that the S-AFC II, I believe, has a KR readout that you can monitor. I'm gonna try and run a dyno this weekend. And then run another when I get the S-AFC II installed and tuned.
Thay may help you out a lot if you don't have one already

When my brother died I freaked out and needed money for funeral stuff etc for Monday and I sold my S-AFCII and a bunch of other stuff.

Do I wish I kept the stock pulley's?

Well I promised to sell them so they went out today UPS.
Short answer is yes. I think they should have spent 20 cents and added the rubber ring damper though it seems to shift from 3rd to 4th much easier with the stock pullies (and this is usually right around where it failes when spraying too so Long anser is I did the right thing, I didn't need them for my setup and the guy that bought them did,

Think that's about it for the night, just got home and off to crash it's 02120 PST here.

P,S, Here is that hard to find Nissan one heat ranger cooler plug, dealers can get them in one day if they are not in stock,

NGK Nissan part number 22401-5M016

P.S. They had a base unit in redline red with a complete Stillen Kit all around the boday and the Stillen Spoiler and Frint Grill and some SICK azz Rims with deep depth and billets and it was 27,040 out the door on the sticker.

I cried when I drove away in my 35k Touring with the mark up from Nov 2002 because I had to be first.

Sucks to be me some time.

They said they will sell me the ground effect kit, spoiler and front grill for 995.00 so I am calling them tomorow.

To me it just completed the front and rear of the car the way it snuggled around the tail pipes and had the two air damn type holes in front. Wish I would have brought my camera not sure who made the rims Future Nissan said it was a "Stillen Package" but the rims were just straight sick.

Pisses me off! 27k and they get the rims and kit and nice spoiler etc! Feel like driving mine through their front window
