Default one step colder plugs

i might get flammed but couldn't find a direct answer. how important or one step plugs with 75 wet shot?

i have an 07 with a 100 shot as was wondering wat you guys gap these puppies at???

OE recommended gap is .044, but with nitrous and copper core I would go .040 - .042
