one step colder plugs???
i was thinking about spraying a 75 or 100 shot soon and was just wondering about the one step colder plugs. Are they necessary on a 75 shot? what can happen without them? and if i do get step colder plugs will my car run any different than it does now when not spraying?
Don't worry, it isn't going to make you car a dog when you're not spraying. I bet you you won't even feel the difference between them. One step help with pre-ignition, which is bad for Noz. There is a good thread at the top that our "Noz God" put together with the help of a few others. It's a good read. If you looking for a kit, please give me an opportunity to quote you a Dunotune kit. Good luck.
haha i had already pmd you about the kit. i almost have all i need to order the kit from you. I just dont want to lose any power because i have a few car that i dont need to spray for and can only beat them by about 1/2 a car length and i dont want to lose to them when not spraying.
If you use nos... you need one step colder plugs.

For a 75 shot I like to keep the same heat range but go with a copper plug instead of platinum or iridium. I feel it is a better performance decision for that situation including turbos and superchargers with low boost for the street. But if you are going with a 100 shot or more then I would go with a 1 heat range cooler. High performance apps. then you may go with 2 or more, but then it will hurt street performance. 100 shot or more check timing though!! you may need to pull a half a degree out. I know I had to running a 125 hp shot. In fact I ended up taking out 2 degrees of timing towards the end.
