make sure its a WET shot...not dry...then u could lean it out too much...75 shot should be fine for track use...not everytime u drive the car....

This has to be your 3rd thread about nitrous unless I'm thinking of someone else

There is a thread about nitrous if you go to the Nitrous forum.

Man up!
Pull up your Skirt!

Just Spray it, and have fun. If you over analyze nitrous, you are never going to do it. a 75 shot is pretty weak sauce. I wouldn't worry. Nitrous starts to get fun once you go 100HP+ jets.

BTW, alot of people on these boards have no experience with nitrous use at all. Make sure you take advice from people who are in the know!!!

Imagine the worst that could happen and thats what could happen. Thats the risk you take with any form of FI (or with any performance part really). Is your car running fine or is it not running?

Nothing wrong worrying about your engine but please, stop with multiple threads. But to your question, nitrous would wear your engine more than if you didn't have nitrous.

its not the size of the shot, its the size of the malfunction.total destruction is always possible with nitrous.

Did your civic have NOS stickers too because thats probably why it could handle the power.

100 shot + No Tuning + Stock plugs = BOOM

You are a dumbass. Read up before you post on a Z forum. 100 shot with stock plugs and no tuning does not turn out well.

NX wet kit is the only way to go...if you don't have this...get it. 75 shot is pretty right on with the a/f ratios...I ran 150 shot on a stock block, so if you are experiencing any problems, take it to a shop that knows nitrous AND IMPORTS.

There are plenty of rules for nitrous that you have to follow to keep it safe.

i.e. - don't spray below 3k rpms, make sure bottle pressure is between 950-1100psi., one step colder plugs, etc etc etc. If you don't know some of the rules I listed, you better research ALOT more. good luck.

No offense VQ but you need to research more. I know you're looking for the quick yes or no kinds answer but if you read up more on the subject you'll find all these answers yourself. It'll also answer question for you in the future not to mention it'll save you on the names you'll be called. Like Old School said know the basics and find a good shop. This can make or break your affair with Noz. This is still the best $ to HP out there.
