How do i take this off without breaking it?
Um, why don't you use the proper sized wrench and twist it off like you're supposed to? 
BTW, did you use liquid teflon between the solenoid and the splitter? If liquid teflon, were there any leaks?

My problem is opposite solenoid is blue and dont really know if im supose to hold the solenoid and twist with allen wrench or what.
The solenoid will not rotate around to take the entire blue piece off.
I didnt put it on and so i dont know what the guy used but no leaks.

Hold the blue splitter with your hand - get a firm grip. Get a proper sized wrench and twist in the proper direction - no need to hold the solenoid as it's attached to the screw. Once you loosen it, you can hand twist it off so you don't risk dropping the solenoid.
The other part that requires an allen wrench is an extra hole in the splitter. You can use that to add a pressure guage or another line or whatever else you want to use to tap into the nitrous line that fits. If you use an allen wrench, in attempt to hold the blue splitter in place, all you'll do is break loose weaker of the two (allen wrench requiring part or the solenoid).
These parts don't cost that much, so if you mess up, it's only a few dollars you'll be out. At least you'll gain some common sense/knowledge with experience. Next time, please, attempt to take them off using your common sense. This is the 2nd useless thread you made.
