Even with all that, a 200 shot is stupid high IMO.

The tq on a 200 shot would be insane...that alone could make a motor go kaboom. One of the guys i race with was spraying a 100 shot and was at 415-420 tq

I think the more accurate number would be if you took Dynotune's shot, then subtracted 20%, that's what you're actually running. I never got on a dyno to see my AFR or to see the numbers, so I can't really confirm anything.

I'm sneaky like that.

BTW, have you gone back to the strip to improve your time or still waiting on a new clutch? Given that everything's all good, you should be looking at a low 12.7 @ 109+. I'm around there too. I just can't find a goddamn day with a good DA. On my last trip to the strip, the DA was 2500+.

i actually just read something today about tq and spray. seems like even though the HP is pretty closely related, the tq can be quite a big bigger. a 150 shot made like 145HP and 180 lb-ft, so i guess its possible that he was just getting a huge tq boost from it. learn something new every day

Look up some of the nitrous dyno graphs; the torque increase is ridiculous. They're usually much, much higher than the whp increase.

It's too damn hot in my region, not to mention the track isn't taken care of during test and tune nights, so I don't see myself getting anything better than what I have gotten already. I hope you have better luck. I know you have clutch issues, though.

Thanks. Did you see my other posts? I guess I never stated what my ET was, but I assure you I run faster than 13s with juice, even with scorching hot and humid weather. My run was similar to that of "I am JDM," if that helps.

Again, I'm definitely not proud of my run and I know I can do at least a 12.7 on the current set up. I just need the weather to come down from the triple digits and the humidity to stay low.

I'm on street tires. I'm on Sumitomo III's or something. I can't remember. They were cheap and I needed quick replacements for my shot Nitto ZR Extreme NT555s. My rear tire sizes are 275/40/18.

The only time we ever get a break from the excruciating heat is during our "winter," which is more like middle of fall in other places: icon18: Too bad the track's closed during those times.

Click on my avatar to go to my profile, if you want to see the list of mods that I have. My sig is also clickable if you're interested in whatever it is you're clicking on (i.e., my dyno numbers lead to dyno graph).

Worse. TX sucks ***.

The only good thing about TX, from what others are saying, is that the chicks here are some of the hottest.

No, because they wear skimpier outfits (read: sluttier).
