I drilled holes and there's no other way to mount the bottle other than to take out the panels (where I drilled them anyway).
Skip work this Friday and join me at the track.

Yes, please come. I promise it'll be fun. At the very least, I can help you on your launches and whatever else you need help on (not that I'm a pro, but I do have more experience than all others in our area).
Physical installations are nothing for me, but wiring always gets me. I got a shop to do the wiring (done very well, except when they cut a wire after getting into an argument with me.. long story, don't ask).

Wiring really is a pain. It's fun when done right though. I just set mine up so that my switch panel won't turn on without me pressing a button on my headunit, ill post pictures in my thread later on.

Basically, I told them to finish up what they were supposed to do and tell me how to go about fixing a leak. They began working on the leak, without my permission, then tried to charge me for materials and labor (easy and cheap fix, but not at the shop). I refused to pay and when they brought my car back, they had cut one of the wires so that it wouldn't fire. What rat bastards.
I seem to have the worst luck with local shops. I had another shop damage my fully titanium exhaust (one of the rarest - Fujitsubo Super Ti - worth over 2 grand) at a dyno day that I set up.
I had to pay out of my own pocket to fix the major damages.

Are you still spraying the Dynotune's "75 shot?"
I'm going to the track this Friday and I think I'm going to bump it up to the real 75 shot (similar to NX's sizes). I'll also have drag radials, so theoretically, I should be able to beat my previous time (which was on street tires) with the same jet sizes. But I'd rather just bump it up a notch and try to get the best time for that set up, so that's what I'll do.

Ok, hopefully, if everything goes as planned, I should be attending the last drag race day of the year at Texas Motorplex.
The weather should be nice and cool. The track will be prepped better (as actual competition drag racing will occur and the test and tune runs will be in between). And I think my car is ready to finally make a decent pass down the 1/4 mile.

Didnt see this earlier. My friend that ran 13.4 @ 105mph NA did 100 shot and used my slicks. First time out rsn 12.0 @ 113mph. Z's love N20, and slicks and N20 is an easy guaranteed 1.6X 60ft...good luck at the track.

I think you're referring to Integrity. I'm guessing he used your ET Streets, right?
Do you happen to know his jet sizes for fuel and nitrous? What was the specs on your slicks?
Sorry for the questions and thanks for wishing me luck. I'll need it.
BTW, when are we going to see a 10 sec pass from you?

I forgot to update this thread.
I ran a best of 12.520@110.17 with a 1.793 60' that day. It was getting pretty warm and I was losing bottle pressure after that run. Launching on nitrous is a bit different from N/A launches.
Overall, I think I did ok for a 75 shot.
The timeslip is in my sig, if you're interested.

A 75 shot...come on Chris...bump that sucker up to a 100 and let her rip!!! I bet with a 100 shot we would be pretty close. You need to come to Prairie Hill Dragway some Saturday if your not doing anything...its not quite as nice as Ennis but its a lot of fun. I hope to go this Sat. if I get my cam install done
edit: and congrats on FINALLY coming out of the nitrous closet. What jets do you have in there? When I made 335/388 I had 48n 26f

It should be a 75 shot based on NX's ratings, but I'm running rich as hell. The jet size is 40 something with a 30 something - that's all I remember.
This is my daily so I can't break the engine. I'm gonna leave it like this for a while. Your C5Z will always be faster, no matter what I do. You still suck for selling your 350Z.

Wow very nice, I have nitrous on my car too. All I have left left to do is:
-swap out new nitrous solonoid
-install new spark plugs
-install purge kit
But theres my problem, Im not sure where I should purge out from. I might just copy your style =)
