i was advised yesterday that for a safer nitrous setup i should run methanol injection. i do not have a problem with this esp. since its not all that expensive but if i should do it, i need to before i go to get my car tuned. So is anyone running methanol injection with a nitrous setup ?esp on a n/a car? How would it work spraying both methanol and nitrous at the same time?

well forged performance told me it was a goog idea, if its not necessary then i am not doing it though.

 

Forged Performance seem to be more on the conservative side when it comes to nitrous, if you haven't noticed. They're opposite from, say, Performance Factory, who goes all out with nitrous.

 

silver...You understand what the purpose for meth injection is,right ??

My preference is N20 and C16

 

higher octane will allow you to run more advanced timing without detonating. Meth is overkill.
