OK so last night it was cool and decided to open up the bottle for a quick run. Started going and 1 worked great, and second 2, but soon as i shift to third the spray wouldn't engage or fourth. I purged a few times and nitrous only comes out in spirts. not a solid white cloud. any ideas? i am going to try it again today and see whats up. any ideas though? could it be the siphon tube?

also bottle was heated and pressured to 1050. hope its an easy fix because jeremy isnt in town any more and bottle isnt empty just had it filled 2 days ago and only sprayed it 1 time before that.

 

Make sure the line from the bottle is clear first with maybe compressed air, then if thats ok then its probably in the bottle. Crack open the bottle with the line off and see what comes out. Probably going to have to take it all apart....sucks you have to waste the full bottle..

 

Yea i think its def in the bottle. Air comes through the line with random spirts like i said of nitrous, but it did hit in 3rd today when i tried it so i know it isnt the system or the utec engaging it. if i have a defective bottle i may just jump to a 15lb. going to empty the bottle tomorrow and take it apart to see whats up, i will keep you all updated. and when i open just the bottle looks like only air comes out.

on a side note, anyone running a 15lb bottle?

 

does the place that fills your bottle have a fill station or a big tank of no2 and has a large line with a nitrous filter?? and do they freeze your bottle frozen??

 

They probally didn't fill your bottle good, you got a poor filling... It happened to me too, I purge and only squirts of nitrous come out.

 

Your bottle should be very cold when filling, in case you didn't know. They/you should either place the bottle in the freezer or an ice bucket for a good while OR fill it with a bit of nitrous and let it out to drop the bottle temperature. Of course, the shop charges you extra for the latter.

If you don't do one of the aforementioned, your bottle won't fill up all the way and you'll be stuck with a crappy bottle (it runs out real quick too).
