Default DynoTune Bottle Opener issues

I thought this would be simple, but maybe I'm crazy. My opener will only open, but won't close.

I'm using the dynotune switch center. For their bottle opener, the instructions say to connect the orange wire on the switch to the red wire on the opener. I then ran the black wire to ground.

When I hit the switch UP, it opens fine. However, down, it won't close. It doesn't do anything. The instructions on using these two items together are a little vague... did I do something wrong?

Do not ground it.

As per dynotune installation instructions

GREEN WIRE- To Remote Bottle Opener Black wire (no relay used, connect directly)
ORANGE WIRE- To Remote Bottle Opener Red wire (no relay used, connect directly)

Ah, yeah, I was looking at the Solenoid style instructions (incorrectly associated it with my opener since it said "Dynotune"). Thanks a ton!
