Nice set up. Your install is very similar to mine (other than the bottle position). I would've opted for a slightly neater look, though. And +1 on Dynotune rating at the crank -- mine are similar.

BTW, are your solenoids bracket mounted to anything? If not,

Ah, I figured you had to have mounted the solenoids somehow. Well, like I said, it's a nice set up. Oh and nice exhaust, too.

thank you I was going to mount the solenoid bracket off of the master cylinder like yours but the way we wanted the purge to run and just space issues prevented that. If can see from the pic (its a bit small ) theyre actually mounted upside down

well the utec is what you use to tune the car. I think what you may be talking about is that the old utecs had a ground problem that would sometime lead to hesitation higher up in the RPM range.

however the newer utecs dont have that problem and you can just ground it to the body with a snap in plug

I dont really think there is a difference. If you're buying it new from a vendor then it will be new but if you're buying it used then I would ask. It comes with a molex connector for the map selector switch or a spare solenoid. The black wire on the molex connector can be grounded to the chassis and you'll be fine either way
