Hey guys, if I were to go with a nitrous setup. Where would the best hiding spot for the bottle be? I was thinking I could hide it where the spare tire is but I'm not sure how big the bottle is and what kind of orientation it has to be in. I just want it totally out of sight just in case I get pulled over by the cops.

 

What my dad did in his Viper was put it in the back, and then had a carpeted cover made to fit over it. You could make one for the Z that goes from the rear strut tower to the end of the hatch. You'd lose basically all your storage space, but it'd be hidden from view.

 

If you've don't have the Bose sub you could buy another glovebox door and put it behind the drivers seat in that area. I guess that depends on the size bottle you plan on running though.

Are you talking about the NOS tank with the speaker in it? If so you should put it where EVERY one can see it cuz its just soooo coool!

the panel behind your seat is removeable pull it off you will see you have a lot of room in there... I only mounted a 5lb bottle but if you wanted too you could probably fit a 10 or better yet 2 5's side by side hehehe... I suspended mine from the top of the compartment also you can run all the lines very easily as I remember I dont think we had to punch any holes or anything... that compartment runs right down to the door... anyways if you want pics PM me I think I have them at home...
