I believe the stock ones goes .44 or something like that... for Nitrous is to open, thats for sure... I bougth the Denso Iridium they are the best for the job... the part # is IKH22 (around $12 each)... I believe some of the sponsors can get them for you... look in the Vendors marketplace!

Hope this Help!!!

I gapped my Denso Iridiums IKH22 (2 steps colder) at .040 (front 2 cylinders), .038 (middle 2 cylinders), and .036 (rear 2 cylinders). I chose this method because of the way air flow is distributed within the intake plenum and how it affects air/fuel ratio.

I utilized the adapter for the fuel connection for 2 reasons:
1) ease of removal, and
2) I was told by 3 installers that the fuel pressure off the pump was not regulated, so it was not a reliable source. The purpose of the adapter is to install the line after the fuel pressure damper so the delivery is constant. Proper nitrous tuning is dependant, in part, on fuel pressure.

I was told that the line pressure from the pump is not well-regulated, therefore it may fluctuate (45psi - 51 psi - 47 psi, etc.) whereas the damper provides a constant pressure to the fuel rails.

I have not tested the pressure off the pump personally but the reason I went with the adapter because the shops told me they would not tap the fuel line because of this issue; installing the adapter was super-easy so I did it myself.

When you use a 100 shot its not gonna be a big deal... is when you go 100+ that the plug need the to be gapping... but you always have to check the gapping of the plug before install!
