hw meccarary are colder plugs for nitrous only running a 100shot

 

if you like your pistons then colder plugs are a must. stock plugs cant fire under the elevated chamber pressures when running nitrous. you can pretty much bet you'll get detonation and bye bye engine. you can probably get away with stock plugs up to a 50shot, but after that...you really should get 1step colder.

up to 100shot 1step colder
up to 200shot 2step colder
up to 300shot your sick, but 3-4 steps colder
