plug gap for 140 shot to the wheels
a 140 shot to the wheels is a 175-200 shot at the crank. i really think you should look into 2 step colder plugs for that high of a shot. i did see someone mention that they went with 1 step colder for up a 150 shot (crank), but i really really dont think you want to go overboard with it.
if you want to push it fine, you can stay with 1 step colder for up a 150 shot at the crank (not recommended), but you REALLY need to get 2 step colder for anything over 150 shot at the crank. nitrous does not forgive even in the smallest of things. you have to be very carefull just as with any major modification dealing with the engine.
even if it might seem ok at first, all it takes is 1 missfire and boom.

as for gapping, 02trex had 3 different gap sizes with his plugs for a higher shot. might want to ask him.
