Yup, all TP's and HFC will have some rasp in it. Even the resonated

I heard HFC on stock exhaust and it rasped lol.

Let someone drive it and listen to it on the outside and see how it sounds. I really hated how it sounded when I had it on the stock exhaust. When I heard it on the outside, I thought it sounded great. Even took my friend for a ride and said he didn't like the way it sounded on the inside... then he heard it outside and thought it sounded badass
