You have to understand all the $hit that's been going on in the FI forum lately. Despite numerous reminders, threats, and bannings, SOME people just never learn their lesson and continue to stir up some already bad feelings. I believe John was trying to make a point. Looks like some people didn't take him seriously because they are definitely, officially banned.

BTW, what would you sue for? The thread clearly states that if you post in that thread, you'll be banned. The thread is delivering exactly what it promises.
