I don't get why they do this if they aren't going turbo.
+1 Mind as well get the hp for the buck. If a person wants to build a n/a and get alot of hp, should do a Trans-Am or Mustang.

+1 on the DD, it just takes patience to get it tuned. And I believe you can have a 500 hp DD, you just don't have to mash the pedal all of the time.

Building NA is not done for maximum power output. Building a NA vq35 would run you about $10,000-15,000 after tuning. Going full build and twins will run you about $20,000-25,000.

I was reffering to the DD in general, but that makes sense why he wouldn't.

Other than just road racing, why not spend the extra 5k, and go fi?

FI is more expensive but IMO NA builds are not worth it in the VQ's case when it comes to Dollar per Hp figures

I guess it's all personal preference. I like both but I would have to do more research before I could decide.

well i can say after a week i really enjoy them. i was kinda on the fence when i first got them on a week ago. i actually though wow this is very stiff and made my driving that much harder and i was kinda unhappy with them. week later and i cant see going back to stock. the handling is amazing, they are definitely streetable, just need to go slow over rough areas of road and avoid potholes at all costs. with the exception of the dampening force on the rear coils they are easy to adjust as well. i got mine for 1050 shipped from autornd.com.
