My thoughts on the N/A vs. Turbo builds
Yes to do it right going FI will cost a few thousand more, but for a person that roadraces going FI would come with a lot more needed upgrades and the reliability factor is still going to be worse than an N/A built motor.
Everything cooling wise will have to be upgrade, oil, tranny, and diff coolers may have to be added also.
Tires will have to be massive for a 500+whp car to put that power down coming out a corner in 3rd gear, sometimes 2nd. R-comps are a must, and they don't last long and aren't cheap.
Brakes are a must, bigger rotors, calipers, race pads, lines, maybe ducting
As for an N/A build, non of this would be absolutely necessary.
