The XK07 just overrides the immobilizer system without losing a key.
Either one is fine. The decision is yours.
Also, if time is a problem for you then get the 556u simply because a lot of places carry it.

Yeah. Some places vary with prices. The 556u is a universal one but make sure that its compatible with nissan. I believe its the 556uw as stated above.

either way is fine....I got the 556uw for $5 new and couldn't find the new xk07 module. The 556uw is universal so it works with alot of cars
