I can buy stuff now , probably gonna tint first. What do ya'll think about 20% on silver? I had 5% on my acura and looked too dark IMO

You have black interior too right? I am curious, how easy is it to see the radio? I don't want to tempt thieves when I upgrade the HU.

 

well you can still see inside if you look. in order to not see... you'd probably have to have limo tint.

 

I used to agree, but I think you have to have the right color for it to look clean. (black, charcoal, and maybe a few others)

 

Thats what I wanted to know. I dont mind people being able to see, I just dont want it to be real obvious

I think I went 35% front and 20% rear.

Yeah dude. I think Corollas have 14" steelies in five lugs. They might be 15", but whatever they are, they're tiny.

 

We should pimp them, can probably get a whole setup for $300

 

Probably less than that if you hit up a junkyard. You'd probably need some mean spacers to fit them over the brakes, though.

If you make it work, I'll buy a set & roll them with some spinner hubcaps.

 

Jonathan, I have 20% all around on mine as well, you can take a look at it, when you come by to do your hid h/l.

 

I have 20% all the way around on my CS Z. It's dark enough at night that you can't just see in but directly under the sun you can see in perfectly. Anything other than direct sun light it's pretty dark.

I'd still recommend 10%-15%

I had 5% on all my other cars. When I bought my Z it already had 20% on it so I just left it. Wasn't worth the hassle.

haha, its not the cops, I just dont think it looks as clean as 15-20%. I've done 5% on all my previous vehicles and I am getting tired of rolling down the window for left turns, etc. I used to just guess when it was raining. jk
