well, the time has come. I've decided to trade in my Z. After riding in Will #1's car, I think I am going to buy myself a Lexus. I've come to realize that Will made the best decision by getting rid of his Z and going with a REAL MAN's car.

olivia that happened to me when i used to live in an apt, they did replace the carpet and pad, but i fought them tooth and nail on that as they were just going to replace the pad, i argued the carpet would still stink. of course i had stuff come up from our toilet (womanly item, hmm.) from one of the apts up from me. if you have renters insurance your stuff will be covered.
well, thank god the water didn't touch anything cept my dining room table which i'm not worried about AT ALL. the thing is a piece of sh*t anyway lol. but i'm tempted to fight them on the carpet thing. if it stinks after like a week. i'll ***** at them enough to replace the carpet or put me in a different apt. lol
went to talk to admissions to see if i can get back in and they said yes so i had to apply again....hopefully i'll be there in the fall...going back to school FTMFW
