I now smell like fish here at work. But i can't wait to get home and prep for the cooking. This is the 3rd time this week i've cooked. Tryin to learn more so when i move to Houston i can cook for the kiddies on a regular basis.
And I only bought 1.5lbs worth.. and my mom already called bich.
next time leave the skin on one side and fry with some olive oil and once it gets a nice color(brown) throw it in the oven for about 5 mins at about 430* and it should come out perfect

i made a marinade out of soy sauce, brown sugar, a little water and olive oil. Gonna soak it for about 4 hours in the fridge. Also seasoned it with lemon pepper, garlic powder, and a little bit of salt. Gonna cook it on the grill.
should be good..
