Call Bradley and get Dumas' number. He works at Performance Subaru, he know's his stuff and will get it done right.

Why 4.0? Have you driven a Z with 3.9? I don't have Dumas' number but I can get it. PM me your number Chris.

The 4.0 is a lot cheaper IIRC and its a stock Nissan part.

The Nismo and Central20 are the same Nissan part I believe.

Chris, are you willing to take the diff out yourself? I don't think he'll want to do that.

:-/ this is the last thing i CAN do to my car unless I went FI or N2o. BTW, I was incorrect in the gear ratio. Its 4.083

Bradley, I'd rather not do any work if I can avoid it. I am getting lazy and I don't have much time to work on my car. I'd rather just drop it off and pick it up Also, the 4.083 is actually the gears out of an '04 truck. You can read more about it in this thread: https://my350z.com/forum/engine-and-drivetrain/301451-4-083-gears-final-drive-installed.html While the 3.9 FD is about 900-1200 dollars, the 4.083 appears to be under 450 bucks and is a Nissan OEM part so you know the quality is there.
